Dee Dee comes to the Executive Director position with 11 years of Head Start experience and 5 years in Child Welfare. Dee Dee has served in several different capacities within Head Start, providing direct supervision for up to 18 individuals directly, 15 who were supervisors of almost 200 total staff. She has also managed the operations of 17 early childhood program sites with collaborations of various types occurring at every location, including operational partnerships with public schools, research projects, and professional development projects such as Touchpoints.
