All Lead Teachers are required to have a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood (Masters Degree candidates are strongly preferred) and 2+ years of classroom experience.

All Assistant Teachers are required to have a Child Development Associates Degree (at minimum) and 1+ years of experience as an assistant or aide.
