We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Rosalina Burgos-Gil as our new Executive Director! With more than three decades of dedicated service as an educator, especially in early childhood education, Dr. Rosalina Burgos-Gil brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Executive Director for Jubilee JumpStart.
Throughout her career, Rosalina has been committed to ensuring every child has access to high-quality care and education, advocating for equity and inclusion at every turn. Her innovative leadership has spearheaded comprehensive early childhood programs, resulting in significant achievements such as securing high-quality designations and enhancing program revenues. Her strategic vision, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to driving positive change in the industry make her the perfect fit to lead our organization.
Dr. Burgos-Gil completed a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Puerto Rico - Bayamon Campus, a master's degree in education from Cambridge College, including 36 graduate credits in Preschool Education from the University of Puerto Rico - Rio Piedras Campus, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership and change from Fielding Graduate University. Her academic background, combined with her experience, will undoubtedly drive our center to new heights.
