Where to enter: When you arrive at the building, remain on the sidewalk level—do not use the front steps or ramp leading to the apartments. Instead, continue to the right side of the building (when facing it) and follow the sidewalk to the alleyway. You will see a black iron gate with Jubilee JumpStart posted on it and a colorful mural on the wall of the neighboring red row house. At the gate, press the button on the call box to your left for someone to grant you access.
